Role description

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer who knows how to turn strategy into measurable growth, not vanity metrics, real impact. What you will do: - Own and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns. - Drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversion. - Manage and optimise paid ads, including Meta and Google. - Run performance marketing experiments and scale what works. - Track, analyse, and report on KPIs including CAC, ROI, and conversion rates. - Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to ship fast. What we are looking for: - Strong experience in performance marketing. - Proven track record of driving growth and hitting targets. - Deep understanding of funnels, attribution, and analytics tools. - Hands-on experience with ad platforms, A/B testing, and campaign optimisation. - Ability to move fast, think clearly, and execute without hand-holding. Nice to have: - Experience in fintech, SaaS, or startups. - Content and growth crossover; able to brief or create high-performing content.
